Activities for your 3 month old
Here are a few ideas on how to nurture and encourage your 3 month old's development and learning.

She loves being held in the standing position.
What your baby loves at this age:
Silly sounds and pulling faces at her, you'll be rewarded with lots of smiles.

- She will really discover her hands and enjoy playing with them. Give her plenty of tummy time to allow her the space to do this.
- Your baby may like to grasp hold of and shake rattles - she is still developing control of her arms so she may hit herself in the head in her enthusiasm. Make sure rattles or shakers are soft and light.
- Loves to grasp a hold of your hair and give it a good tug. Ouch!

- Being carried - slings are very good for this age.
- Books with photos, colorful patterns and soft books with different textures to explore with her busy hands.
